As metaverses come, you’d think that you’ve seen them all. Well, take a look at BattleVerse, a brand new play-to-earn metaverse where adorable characters with interesting back-stories fight with each other, farm resources, and participate in tournaments of different levels.
The folks at BattleVerse tell us that their main goal is to give all of us the opportunity to earn through fun and immersive gameplay, even if we are not experienced in the world of Play-to-Earn gaming. We certainly have high hopes for the game, judging from what we’ve seen so far, coupled with the fact that they ranked in the Top 3 at the recent Binance Smart Chain GameFi Hackathon.
The BattleVerse world consists of isolated regions-planets, where six diverse types of creatures with recognizable features from mythical and real worlds live, develop and compete. The main task of these six races is to participate in fights, develop and win the Intergalactic Tournament in order to get the opportunity to breed new unique heroes and characters of different types, that will most likely be able to adapt to the most difficult conditions.

Your epic adventures in the BattleVerse will begin as soon as you acquire your first NFT character. To do so, all you need to do is to connect your crypto wallet and purchase one of the heroes during the drop of a new generation of playable characters. Alternatively, you can also buy the hero on the secondary OpenSea market. This is where BattleVerse characters and other digital assets are traded.
The first generation of robots is already available for purchase on OpenSea. The second and third-generation Baby Combat Bots will be available on bots.battleverse.io. You can get a Gear (Baby Combat Bots) or a Seed (Battle Shrooms), from which in two days a character will be formed. Which character you will get is determined randomly by the system.
Every action Battleverse, be it a battle, farming, or completing missions and quests, will generate income, so however much you can earn is entirely decided by you! Your characters need to constantly upgrade, get ability cards and artifacts, in order to become the best of the best. All that will of course culminate with taking part in the main event — the Intergalactic Tournament!
The reward for your achievements in BattleVerse are the in-game $QZQ tokens, which can be used to improve your characters, staking and generating additional income in various in-game structures or exchanging to other cryptocurrencies. In addition, $QZQ is necessary for you to increase the Tier (game karma) of your characters, because only the most experienced and worthy fighters will be able to take part in the mysterious Intergalactic tournament, organized by the ancient Quzers race, for the opportunity to breed different characters to get new unique individuals. Only this race of all known has the necessary knowledge to obtain offspring from representatives of different races.

According to the roadmap, the team has a lot in store for us in 2022. First and foremost, the public sale and IDO will happen in Q1, and this will be the time to load up on $QZQ tokens to ensure that we can play the game when it launches. Gen 2 and 3 of Baby Combat Bots and Baby Shrooms will also be available then, so you’ll definitely want to keep an eye out for that.
PvP and PvE modes are also expected to be ready in Q1, with mobile versions ready in Q3. Development of the game is ongoing and given the lovable characters that we already see, and how much of the game is already fleshed out, we certainly expect only great things to come from the BattleVerse team.
