If you are a fan of MMORPG, wait till you check out Kryxivia — a play-to-earn, fantasy 3D game that can be played directly from their website using any modern browser. Long gone are the days where you need a high performance PC in order to get your RPG fix.
Kryxivia is set in a time before the industrial revolution. According to legend, the citizens of Kryxivia discovered a strange door that had been lost in the mountains. From there, they found magic gems that have tremendous power known as Kryxit. The men of Kryxivia would bring back loot from the door but not all of them return safely. As more and more people converged in Kryxivia, the city began to form around the door and many merchants started to ply their trade in this highly frequented area. Now, a few years later most of the people who try their luck are mercenaries or independents, like you.
When you start playing the game, you are sent to Kryxivia town where you will be able to gather all your resources before starting the actual gameplay in the mines. Along the way, you will find several Non-Player Characters (NPCs) that will guide you through your journey. There will also be other players in the lobby area that are also in the town preparing to battle in the mines. You can make alliances with others to enter the dungeons together.
In Kryvixia town, you need to be aware of these buildings where you will perform most of your transactions before going into battle:
- Tavern: to buy consumables
- Auction house: to buy and sell NFT items between players
- Blacksmith: to perform specific actions with player inventory such as linking Kryxit to inventory items
- Inn: the place for weekly quest and rest
- E-Bank: to deposit items and money
When you are ready to battle, an interactive map is available at the entry of the Kryxivia mine. There are multiple paths inside: some give different types of loot and Kryxit elements with rooms of dungeons, or directly face a hard boss to obtain better loot. The further you dive into the mine, the harder it gets. However, the loot at stake will also increase, which means better rewards.
You can team up with friends in groups to get into the mines and farm together with them, at a maximum of 4 players. The system will automatically adjust the difficulty by the numbers of players you have in order to keep it fair. In the road map, it is also planned for larger raids that can accommodate up to 20 players, so that’s definitely something to look out for!
In the Kryxivia world, there are two currencies, both tradeable and exchangeable on DEXs. The Kryxivia Coin ($KXA) is the base crypto-currency for on-chain payment and for purchase of items such as starter packs, special NFT sales events, or exchanging for the Kryxit Shard ($KXS). $KXS can be found in dungeons and it comes in many forms. The main utility is for trading with NPCs such as the blacksmith or the merchant. You can also win $KXS by farming, completing quests, or as a reward for your dungeon battles.
The public sale for $KXA is planned for Q4 2021 and according to the website, will be held on the following platforms: BullPerks, EnjinStarter, Poolz, StarterXYZ, and Unicrypt.
